Paradise Game Registered Trademark


The process of trademark registration is comprehensive and involves multiple stages, particularly when securing international rights. We are currently in the midst of registering our trademark, which can extend over six months in some regions due to varying local legislations.


Our registration application has been filed in Hong Kong. Following completion, we will proceed with registrations in additional jurisdictions. Throughout this period, we employ the “R” symbol to denote our trademark rights provisionally. This measure is crucial for safeguarding our brand and preventing unauthorized use during the registration process.



Brands


In order to comply with copyright laws and to create a unique style for the project, only our own brands of cars, clothing, and other elements will appear in the final version of the game. We have developed over 20 original car models with unique logos and designs. These may resemble well-known brands, but they are fully original creations that do not infringe on the rights of other companies.


This same approach applies to other elements, such as clothing brands and company symbols, enabling us to maintain the recognizability and ambiance of the real world without using external trademarks.


We would also like to mention that not all visual elements shown in the trailer will necessarily be included in the final version of the game.


This decision also protects us from legal risks associated with using registered brands and ensures that the project remains independent and original.



Partnership with Influencers


At present, we have signed several contracts with influencers, primarily from Asian countries, and we continue to negotiate with major international partners. When information about our collaborations first appeared on the website, it was marked as “Soon,” as we already had preliminary agreements, and contract terms were under discussion. However, since not all contracts were finalized within the expected timeframe, we decided to temporarily remove this information to avoid any potential misunderstandings or misleading our users.


This was the initial version of our Paradise Portal, designed as an early announcement of our partnerships. We are now developing a more comprehensive version of the platform, aimed at a broader audience and allowing both established and emerging bloggers to apply. Given the significant interest in the project and the large number of responses from influencers of various scales, we see the importance of creating a new, flexible, and efficient system for interacting with bloggers and streamers.

Paradise App


Paradise App is an application designed for gamers, offering a platform with an in-game marketplace for purchasing virtual items, user interaction features, leaderboards, clans, and task completion.


$PAR is an in-game currency. Initially, users will be able to purchase items with PAR currency, opening the opportunity to acquire unique items directly through the app.



Partnership with Epic Games


We officially collaborate with Epic Games. As part of our agreement with Epic Games, we have signed a contract that includes placing our game on the Epic Games Store platform and distributing it through their marketplace.


Please be advised that any inquiries directed to Epic Games support regarding the legitimacy and status of our partnership, made prior to our official release date (October 29, 2024), are not applicable. As of that time, we had not yet completed the verification process and were in the final stages of finalizing our agreements.

It is important to note that all games listed on the Epic Games website have entered into a partnership contract, which outlines the terms of distribution and profit sharing. Our company has completed all necessary verification procedures with Epic Games and is listed on the game’s page.


This partnership allows us to utilize Epic Games' technological solutions, such as the Unreal Engine, additional resources, optimization tools, and other key components for development. Additionally, to ensure a high-quality online experience, we implement network infrastructure through the Epic Online Services platform, enabling us to maintain stable and high-performance online services. As part of the collaboration, we also use Epic Games' anti-cheat system, which provides reliable protection against unfair player behavior, creating a fair gaming environment.
